Hello! We are class R/1 J.
We have so much fun in class R/1J and our teachers, Mrs Jones, Mrs Parkinson and Mrs Jarrett are lovely. In the Autumn Term we were learning about pets and animals. Mrs Jones invited Mrs Morris, the local vet to visit us. Mrs Morris brought some animals to show us such as a kitten, a hedgehog, a tortoise, baby hamsters and a budgie. We were so excited and loved touching and looking at the different animals. Welooked at and touched real snakeskin, model bones and animal x-rays. Mrs Jones’ sister also brought her dog Benji to see us. She brought all the things that Benji needs and told us how to look after him. Benji was very friendly and his fur felt so soft. We learned so much about animals and how to look after them. Our favourite animals were Benji the dog and Tigger the kitten.
